How much time does it take?

Bootcamp is 4 weeks in summer; year-round labs are weekly, 1–2 hours.

Is this safe?

Yes. Sessions are supervised by trained mentors and educators. Our priority is student safety and support.

Young Wall Street is designed to help high school students learn how to build wealth, understand money, and gain real-world investing experience. This application helps us get to know your interests, goals, and what you want to achieve.

Young WallStreet is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all applicant information. Any personal or demographic data collected through this application will be used solely for program administration, reporting, and improvement purposes. All information will be kept confidential and securely stored. It will only be shared in aggregate form (without identifying individual students) for reporting to funders, partners, or stakeholders. We do not sell, distribute, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. Participation in providing demographic information is voluntary, and students may select “prefer not to answer” where applicable.

Young WallStreet collects certain demographic and program-related information as part of our commitment to transparency, impact measurement, and continuous improvement. As a program supported by both public and private funding sources, we are required to report on who we serve and the outcomes we achieve.

This data allows us to demonstrate impact, improve program access, and ensure we are reaching students who can benefit most from our services. While some questions are required for reporting purposes, demographic questions are voluntary and will not impact a student’s eligibility, selection, or participation in the program.
